Like a Child

Matthew 19:14Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

So blessed by our Huddle Leader meeting yesterday! The fire and enthusiasm in the room was contagious! College to elementary FCA leaders were in attendance yesterday.

Amongst the many blessings yesterday were elementary school kids and elementary school leaders who shared their vision to reach their campus for Jesus. The picture is Coach Kenton, two of his kids and another student who are brainstorming how to impact their campuses (Caesar Rodney and Wilmington Christian Leaders are in the background).

The hunger for God of children and their fire to make a difference should challenge all of us. We have so many "lukewarm" excuses about our own walk with Jesus and our availability to make a difference for Him. Jesus is asking us to surrender our intellect and busyness and come to Him like a child.

What prevents us from having childlike faith?
